In Level I, the Foundations program, we teach you the essentials of emotional fitness: (1) directing awareness, (2) identifying triggers, and (3) processing emotion. This guided, fillable journal will help you build emotional strength and flexibility so you can overcome symptoms and harness the energy and clarity of your emotions.
In the Barriers program, specific guided exercises train you to identify and overcome the primary blocks to emotional fitness. This program teaches you the next three skills of emotional fitness: (4) calming anxiety, (5) overcoming defenses, and (6) removing walls. If you have been getting stuck in the Foundations (Level I) program, this program will show you why and outline exactly how to take the next step.
In this program, we complete your emotional fitness training by focusing on how emotional patterns are expressed in relationships and how they originated in past relationships. Specifically, we’ll teach you the final three of the nine skills of emotional fitness: (7) understanding patterns, (8) connecting to the past, and (9) healing at the core.
This full program includes all nine skills of emotional fitness, including Level I, II, and III of the EmotionFit Program. In Level I, the Foundations program, we teach you the essentials of emotional fitness. In the Barriers program, we show you how to identify and overcome the primary blocks to emotional fitness. Finally, in the Relationships program, we complete your emotional fitness training by focusing on how emotional patterns are expressed in relationships and how they originated in past relationships.
