How long are sessions?
Standard appointments are 45-minutes, but we offer sessions up to 3 hours in length for those who want longer or more intensive treatment options. Couples and family sessions are typically at least 90 minutes. For ISTDP treatment, the standard intake is 3 hours and follow up sessions are usually 90 minutes.
Do you accept insurance?
We are not in-network with any insurance providers. We can, however, provide monthly superbills which have the billing information needed to submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network mental health benefits. Where do I park?
To get to our suite, turn off Saxony at the “Encinitas Corporate Center” sign, and drive to the building in the back parking lot (169). There is free parking all around the building, but the main entrance to the building is at the northwest corner.
What do sessions cost?
Our fees range from $190-$275 per session (45-minutes). Longer sessions are prorated at the 45-minute rate. See our therapist profiles for details on current fees and availability. We offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on need and financial hardship. Feel free to inquire about availability.
What types of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards. You can submit card information with your online intake paperwork and your card will be automatically billed on the day of the session. If you are seeking reimbursement from insurance, they will reimburse you directly once they process your claim.
How do I get to your suite?
Once you enter the main entrance (northwest corner), take the elevator on the right to the 2nd floor. Turn right out of the elevator towards the courtyard and then go left. Our suite is #205 which is about halfway around the courtyard. We’ll meet you in the waiting room at your appointment time.
